We brought the family for the NHRA Drag races, as we always do every year. We've been doing Days Inn for 8 years. We always go, knowing we are walking into sold out hotels, hundreds of people, weather, and characters. Front Desk staff was patient, made sure they did things right for us the first time, at check-in and check-out. Had to call down about characters in the hallway having too much fun at 1 a.m., but Management came right up and put an end to it. Would like to see some updates, like flat screen tv's, more towels in the rooms with 2 beds, and screens fixed. But always a wonderful experience... we will be back next year! « less

The staff was very accommodating since I needed a first floor room(no elevators) and the beds were quite comfortable. I have a bad back & slept well, my only complaint is that they still have smoking rooms mixed in with the non. I don't have anything against people who do, I just do not like to stay in places that smells of cigarette smoke. But overall we had a nice stay & was priced great. « less

It is unfortunate that you encountered some objectionable smoke odor. Our housekeepers try hard to keep the rooms cleaned and when possible air them our to help suppress the cigarette odor. Hotels see a lot of wear and tear during their lifetimes and maintenance is a non-stop process. We work hard to keep the wear and tear from having a negative impact on our guests.
