I would say overall the hotel "appears" to be nice. But a close look tells you something more. The pool had a layer of scum around the edge. The paint was pealing off the bathroom ceiling and the grout was grungy and missing in some areas. They tout this "cookie" on admission - didnt happen! But no big deal. The overpriced breakfast buffet is typically complimentary is MOST hotels. The fact they had no wifi was a big NEGATIVE. « less

Everything about this Doubletree is excellent. The staff is friendly, the location is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I stay here whenever I am visiting my family in Sleepy Hollow. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the lower Hudson Valley. « less

I told the young ladies at the front desk about my issue with her, hopefully they will pass my complaint onto a "higher up" I was told that no one was in as far as managers (very weird) however they were very nice to me and understanding.
