We have loved staying at this location whenever we visit Ohio but this location is sadly in need of updating. Our "suite" had only one TV this year instead of the two we usually have and they are both analog. The decor has not changed over the years and everything just looks worn and used. I hope corporate decides to do something with this location, as there are other choices in the downtown Lima area where we might stay on future occasions « less

I think this could be a nice hotel. It definitely needs to be updated. It was built a long time ago and a lot of people use this hotel for family and friends coming to town. The rates are good but the rooms are not too good. It would also be nice to have a pool. Most people are staying out by the highway due to the pool. The shower in my room was not good. I think the hotel needs to do some updates. The sheets did not fit my bed and kept slipping off all night. This bed was not a king but maybe a oversize queen. The room was non smoking but when I went in it had a smell to it. I was offered nothing off my first nights stay. I felt when I went down and told the front desk about the sheets and not sleeping that would have been done. Thank you « less

I was given a conformation for a room that would sleep six comfortably, came with 5 and was given a room for 4 people. Had to get another room which was not in my financial planning for this trip. Very upset with clerk, showed her the reservation and told her what room would accomodate us and she stated that she could not change anything. « less

Free breakfast was lacking food and coffee on Sunday morning. Not sure what was going on there, because usually this is not an issue. But for whatever reason, there was problem on my last visit. Still, I would stay here again. « less
