The checkin went very smooth. The girl at the reception was very polite and even offered to fill in the administration if we left our business cards, so we wouldn't have to do that.
The rooms were pretty big and very modern with large windows. The interior was modern and warm. The bathroom also was large and open. which was a big plus.
one downside I experienced. the shower was to open and therefor most of the bathroom floor go wet, which is something I don't like.

A really nice good priced hotel ideal if you are going to the Ericsson Globe as it is only 3 stops on the tram, we stayed 3 nights and the room was comfortable, quiet and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and unlike some other comments on here i felt it was a reasonable selection of cold and hot food.
The hotel is in a pretty residential area and very little around it just a couple of small restaurants. This was our first visit to Stockholm and I was happy with hotel choice for closeness to globe, but if you want to be right in the hustle and bustle of central stockholm this is not the perfect hotel as its a quiet area and everywhere is a pretty long walk - although the tram stop is just up the road and the tubes and trams are clean and safe, although a little pricey. We decided to walk everywhere and walked right into the north island, all around the old town it was great as we wanted to walk around and the weather was lovely - but we walked a pretty long way!. If you fly into Arlanda I recommend booking a taxi through the hotel as it is 450sek from airport to hotel - it costs virtually the same as the price for the Arlanda Express 250sek (my daughter is 11 and travelled free) and taxi from Gullmarsplan to Hotel 180sekl! So would work out much cheaper for a cab if there is a group of you. We will probably be staying here again in November for another event at the Globe. « less

The hotel is a mid range establishment In a new part of Stockholm. It is a simple but nice hotel and the size of the family room was AdequateThe breakfast was not extensive but acceptable. We did not eat any other meals in the hotel. The beds were comfortable and though we were 4, 2 adults and 2 children, we fitted in well.
The proximity to the train station helped and e could easily access the city. I would probably return to this hotel as it is good value for money. « less

Stay at this hotel on a regular basis and for Hammarby is great location, would not suit if you want to stay in Stockholm, Very friendly staff that cannot do enough for you, great rooms with amazing views... my only issue is the food on evening menu not the best, but surrounded by good restaurants and a good breakfast. « less

It is a not in the centre so maybe not the best location for tourists but there is a tram station nearby so public transport links are good. I stayed here on business and it was a 10 minute taxi drive to Nacka Strand where my office is, so no issues for me. The hotel still feels new, rooms are very spacious, the windows are huge and when high up, the views aren't bad too ! My flight was very delayed and I didn't arrive until 3:30am but there were 2 people at reception and check in was very efficient and helpful. The reception desk will order taxis for you and on my 3 days there, the taxis arrived within 5 minutes. I had dinner in the restaurant twice and found the food was very good, reasonably priced (for Sweden) and service was efficient. There are more places to eat within walking distance but I didn't find them this time. I am definitely going to stay here again. « less
