Our RoomsComfortable and cosy, all rooms are provided with private bath.The structure is made up of many rooms, single (possibility to add extra beds) and double.The Bed & Breakfast has two entrances: the first one on Via Aurelia (which goes along the Vatican Walls). The second one on Via Innocenzo XIII.All rooms are air conditioned, provided with heating, hairdryer and television.BreakfastThe first meal of the day is served from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m. in the morning, in a provided hall.LinenBed and bathroom linen are changed every two days. More frequent changes at the request of our guests.Parking LotIt is possible to make use of our free parking lot (not supervised).WiFi AccessIt is possible to make use of your own pc by a wireless connection.To Remember!Check in time is from 12.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (arrivals out of hours will be charged with a fine of € 20,00 per room)Guests are kindly requested to communicate their arrival time in advance by email or by a phone call.Expected Check out is until 10.00 a.m.If necessary, in agreement with the owners, you can keep the room till 03.00 p.m. (paying out 50% of the daily rate).After that time an extra night will be charged.

By Car: Drive the highway Rome-Fiumicino for 12 Km. Take the beltway (GRA) Aurelia direction (second exit) and drive on it for 7,2 Km.Take the exit no. 1 of GRA (Aurelia) in downtown direction. Drive on via Aurelia for 4,4 Km Once arrived in piazza San Giovan Battista de la Salle, turn on the right to Circonvallazione Aurelia. After 280 m you will get to Piazza di Villa Carpegna; go around this square and take Via Madonna del Riposo, go straight for 992 meters to reach the b&b.By Train: Catch Leonardo Express train to Termini station. Take the subway line A (red) for 8 stops in Battistini direction. Get out at Valle Aurelia station.Use the steps inside the station that bring to Via Anastasio II, then walk uphill on this street for 200 mt: inside an ESSO petrol station, take the ramp which brings on Via Aurelia.Once on top, the B&B is based inside the first building on the left.
