My husband and I stayed here in mid-May after an all-day concert at the nearby Susquehanna Bank Center. The show got over pretty late, so we were really only there to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast. We had a little trouble finding the hotel even with our GPS. We had to drive around the block and we finally found it. The hotel was definitely on the full side as there was not much parking available. Our first impressions were the outside was very nice looking. The outside areas and parking lot were well maintained. We arrived inside and it took about 5 minutes for a front desk person to arrive. It was about 1 am. We had called earlier in the day to let them know we would be arriving later.
After checking-in, we went directly to our second floor room. The room had a nice kitchenette, a couch, queen bed, and a basic bathroom with the sink in the living area. We were impressed with the accommodations. The room was clean and well maintained. It was a long day for us, so we immediately crashed and attempted to go to sleep. The queen bed was average for a hotel in comfort. What we were not expecting was how incredibly thin the walls are in this hotel. You could hear every noise clear as a bell in the hallway as well as above you. I realize it's not the hotel's fault if people are noisy, but you should not be able to hear a full conversation from a floor away. (And the people above us were not yelling.) Unfortunately there was a mother with four small children staying on our floor and she thought it was okay to let her four children run up and down the halls yelling at 6:30 am. Needless to say, neither one of us slept well at all.
In the morning, our room came with free breakfast. The choices were above average compared most free breakfasts we've encountered. There were make your own waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, many different types of cereal choices, fruit, hot tea, coffee, cocoa, juices, eggs, and ham, oatmeal, etc. We very much liked the choices. The eating area, however, was not cleaned. We had to wash down our own table. They ran out of many items and were slow to restock. In all fairness, the hotel was busy and there was only one worker staffing the breakfast. Perhaps on busy weekends, they should have two people working the breakfast area. Cleaning during busy times should also be a priority.
The hotel was on the nicer side, but with the thin walls, we woke-up constantly all night and into the early morning. Neither one of us are light sleepers either. In the future, we would have to pass on this hotel because we need to sleep when we are on trips away from home. Unfortunately, I don't see how hearing noise from all directions could be fixed without a major remodel. « less

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite and in an efficiency suite. Both were very comfortable, and the 2 bedroom suite was a great value. There were three adults in our party and the second bathroom gave us flexibility in getting ready in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, ranging from cereal and fruit to make-your-own waffles, along with eggs and breakfast pizza. The buffet area could get crowded if you ate at the wrong time. Housekeeping is a bit different from a typical hotel, with "light" service during the week to "service by request only" on weekends. Overall, it is a nice hotel and a good price. We plan to stay again when we're in the area. « less

The hotel has HBO in HD so I didn't miss Game of Thrones! The wireless internet was complimentary and the speed was very good. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well there. With complimentary breakfast every morning and free laundry facilities, this was the perfect spot for an extended stay. The hotel property is clean and safe. No complaints from this guest. « less
