We drove in with no reservations anywhere, so after an exhausting trip and day at the hosp, we called this hotel to check availability. The woman on the phone was so friendly, we decided to come here. This is a very clean hotel, the staff is great, and the room rates and very reasonable. We wish we had more time to stay here. « less

Stayed Thanksgiving night 2012. Janeil checked us in and she was very friendly & enthusiastic. (even though she was working on Thanksgiving) She even tried to upgrade (her own idea, not mine) us to a suite since were are Choice Gold members, but they weren't available due to some of our "accessible requirements". But she did make the attempt. The room furnishings were just fine. Bath very clean, linens very nice and beds were comfortable. They had a full breakfast. Waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and fruit, cereal, yogart coffee and juices. Several staff members on hand to assist with keeping things stocked, & cleaned. Even offered to clear trash as it became available. It is a ways from shopping, but only a couple miles. McDonalds next door. We'll be back when in Sprfd. « less
