Price is reasonable for a business class hotel.We were always out so there was really no need for classy comfort.The breakfast was just right.At least , it offered a different menu for our 5 day-stay.The staff were okay but I expected a more hospitable welcome and that would have covered up for for the hotel's deficiencies.Well,I wouldn't mind staying there again. « less

The hotel has nothing special to point out. Though, the price was pretty reasonable. You can get a euro suite with a hot tub at around 50+ bucks. This hotel is right in front of Robinson's Place Ermita, so right choice if you love shopping. They also offer breakfast buffet with minimal menu just to fill your tummy before heading to your next journey. :) « less

it says that it is a european inspired hotel..in your dreams! ive been to different hotels in europe but it isnt anything like eurotel. Standard rooms are so small, whilst in europe, we dont need to pay for a suite or deluxe to get the best of service. All rooms there are wide.. Eurotel provided as a room that has a small space. Moreover, they never warned us that the room has no window. It is their responsibility to tell the customer, not the customer to ask them coz it's quite unusual not to have windows in a hotel. For staying 3 days and 2 nights, our room was never cleaned. And as was expected, the soap dish wasnt really cleaned, the toilet tiles were not well brushed. It's actually the only hotel I checked in that "room boys/ bell boys" are the one that explains and accepts payments..huh!??! I wouldnt recommend this hotel. There are other hotels nearby with the same amounnt but has better rooms and services like the Riviera Mansion or the Executive Plaza Hotel. « less

Buffet breakfast is quite good. Wi-Fi in rooms was not working, only in the lobby. Room and bathroom cleanliness not up to standard, tiles were not scrubbed well. Towels are way too old, though toiletries and free mineral water daily are a plus. I could stay again in this hotel. « less

Hotel located in center of Manyla and we could chill out for some local restaurant as well as places for visit easily. Staffs could give good directions in city and they explained almost the meanings as well. A good hotel and recommend it!!! « less
