We stayed at this location. The following morning we had no hot water at 7am. We went down for breakfast. The breakfast was limited to yogurt, due to management miscalculations of guests and missing breakfast employee. At checkout, we informed desk clerk Jeffery of our dissatisfaction of severs. We were assured that Jay (James) G.M. would be contacting us in 24 hours to compensate us for our lack of severs. One week has passed by no commination from Jay or Jeffery. We called hotel and guest relations and filed a major complaint against the hotel and staff. « less

We had read the recent reviews about this hotel and must admit were hesitant to stay here. However, we were glad we did. We found the staff to be nice and helpful. The room was clean with ample lighting. The hotel is also located right off of Interstate 77. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast area was clean with a wide variety of choices for breakfast. There was no construction when we stayed. They also offer free Wifi. We appreciate this hotel being 'pet friendly' with a reasonable charge. (The Quality Inn in Lewisburg, WV charges for $50 per pet, and was not nearly as nice as this hotel.) « less

We had a reservation for three nights at this motel, on Saturday morning I went down to pay for our Saturday night stay and was told that we could not have the room. The gentleman that took our reservation forgot to reserve Saturday night. We had to leave the motel, which I do not think that we should have, it was not our fault that they can not do there job, we could not even speak to a manager because they were out of town. How hard is it to put a reservation in a computer? Would not recommend this motel, you have to leave in the middle of your stay. Very Dissatified!!!!!!!!!!!! « less
