Our hotel opened November 8, 2007. Rates include complimentary On the House hot breakfast daily from 6am-10am as well as complimentary parking and wireless internet. All rooms have either one king bed or two queen beds.

This was only my second visit to Omaha, NE for business. The first time we stayed closer to Offut AFB at a Holiday Inn Express in Bellevue. That hotel was ok, but the location wasn't that great and did't leave a lasting impression of Omaha.
This Hampton Inn & Suites located directly across the street from the TD Ameritrade Stadium was a much better location and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the "Old Market" which was a very nice destination for dinner.
Hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly, and they even wash the heavy bed comforters for each guest! « less

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown while attending a conference downtown. The room was very clean and every employee I encountered went above and beyond for the guests. The hotel was full most of the time I was there but I didn't hear any noise. I would definitely stay there again during my next trip to Omaha. « less

We recently spent two days in Omaha as part of a family visit to the Midwest. We booked a room at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown.
We were very pleased with the property and our room. Everything was super-clean, nicely decorated and overall we would definitely stay here again.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and they were gracious and pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was great with good coffee and plentiful offerings.
Though parking was free, the lot was small and the second night of our stay it was completely full due to a sporting event nearby and a large group staying at the hotel. But the staff graciously found us a spot and it did not end up being a problem.
Overall, great property, well-located and a perfect stay. « less
