(non-food and beverage such as AV, Taxes, Gratuity, Service, Labor charges and the like are excluded).Groups selecting the “Full Day Food and Beverage Minimum” will pay no additional charges for a 24 hour hold or meeting times of any length.“Half Day Minimum” is available only if the room does not have a “24 hour hold” and is used for 4 consecutive hours only during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Food and Beverage minimums are not program cumulative, but are daily requirements.Evening dinners in Grouse Mountain Grill or events in Grouse Mountain Grill scheduled to end after 4:30 p.m. may not be applied to meet the daily F&B minimum.All qualifying Food and Beverage must be hosted by the Group’s Master Bill or Group’s Credit Card on F&B Contract in order to apply to the minimum.In the case when Breakfast is included in the room rate for the entire group or any F&B is hosted by another party (except for dinners in Grouse Mountain Grill or events ending after 4:30 p.m. in Grouse Mountain Grill), the group will be credited with the revenue applying to the daily F&B minimum.Notes on Daily Meeting Room charges*:”Per Day” is up to 10 consecutive hours or 2 separate occupancy periods in one day equaling 6 hours or less.
