Cleaning policies
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made significant changes to our cleaning procedure. Upon departure, check out rooms will be vacant for 24 hours. Housekeepers are equipped with gloves, masks, hand sanitizers, and multi-surface peroxide cleaner/disinfectant as our go-to-product. We have added appropriate disinfecting technique to our housekeepers in order to have the products work more effectively. All dishes and glassware will be washed at a recommended temperature in a commercial dishwasher. We have increased our frequency of cleaning in high touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, panels, door handles, bell carts, light switches, tables, chairs, and front desk counter. Our lobby washrooms will be cleaned and disinfected frequently. Hand sanitizer will be provided in our common area for our guests. We request any guests and employees showing symptoms to follow the self-quarantine procedures and to seek medical assistance.
