When I checked in, I attempted to enter my room with the card key and it didn't work. I went back down to the front desk, they gave me new keys. They didn't work either. They gave me yet another set of keys and when I tried them, I heard someone in the room cough. I went back to the front desk, where they discovered that that room was already occupied. I finally got a room (the "two room suite") to find that the television in the bedroom area didn't work properly, it looked like someone had hit the screen with a hard object. I told the front desk about this every morning, yet every evening when I arrived back at the hotel the broken TV was still in my room. On the day of my last stay, they offered to move me to another room, which was way too much of a hassle my last night. When the maintenance people came to take a look at the TV, they left two coupons for free breakfast, which I do not eat, so that was of no value. Overall, a less than enjoyable experience.
