We have just returned from a great week of skiing. The resort is comfortable, close to Tremblant, the staff helpful, the hot tub relaxing, the bed comfortable with luxurious sheets. Our suite was well equipped and met our needs except we had a problem with heat and air circulation. Despite turning off the heat and the pilot light of the fireplace, fresh air never fully got to the bedroom. With the door open, the occupant of the Murphy bed was cold and the noise of traffic was intrusive. I am not sure how this can be rectified. All is all is great value for the money. « less

We chose this hotel despite several poor reviews because of the manager's personal response to each posting. We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience.
We chose the two-bedroom suite (2 king-sized beds) for two adults and three kids. There was a cheater ensuite attached to one bedroom and a private ensuite attached to the other. It was extremely clean.
The concierge was helpful with suggestions and directions. The staff was great: our kettle didn't work, and within 10 minutes, we had a new one delivered to the door. When housekeeping wanted to clean our room, we asked them to come back in 15, 30 or 60 minutes, and didn't get bothered again; the room would be clean (and the dishes done!) when we returned.
We had a nice dinner in the restaurant (without the children) with very good service. My meal (beet salad, tenderloin with red wine sauce and asparagus) was amazing, but my husband didn't like his tough lamb very much.
The room was on the warm side, but we opened the glass doors to the patio and cracked a window in the bedroom. The pool was as small as pp mentioned, but it was great for splashing around with the kids. Location-wise, we had very short drives to the village and to St. Jovite for activities - there was a shuttle, but we didn't want to lug around an infant seat, so decided to drive instead.

We travelled to this location during the fall colour season in Quebec and cannot say enough good about our mini vacation! The location of this resort was awesome and made getting around so easy.
The "room" was incredible with a full service kitchenette, dining area, two washrooms, comfortable living room area with a beautiful fireplace and an amazing bedroom suite! There is also ample sleeping arrangement available with a drop down bed, although we didn't use this. The ground floor terrace through the sliding doors offered quick access to the outdoor pool and hot-tub as well as a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air. A short jaunt brought us from our terrace to the lakefront, which was really nice and quiet. We were overwhelmed by the beauty of the fall colours at this time of year and it is not to be missed!
The front desk staff were extremely helpful with offering tips and advice to enjoy the area. We managed to get in so much fun and activities during our days that we were exhausted at the end of each. Hiking Mont Tremblant, sunset horseback riding in the mountains, boating on Lac Tremblant and of course dining in the area.
The indoor swimming pool is nice but much cooler than we were expecting and so we didn't stay in long. It is very well maintained as are the change rooms, with plenty of towels available. We were not able to use the outdoor pool as it was closed for the season but it did look beautiful. The hot-tub was very relaxing after a day of hiking and adventures!
We only ate in the restaurant once, as we were able to prepare our own meals in our kitchenette. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet the morning of our departure and can recommend it highly.
Overall, we would recommend this resort highly and intend to go back next fall with our son for a nice family get-away! « less
