I must admit that I wasn't expecting much based on their star rating. I showed up with no reservation, since I didn't like the accommodations provided by my company for this business trip. I stayed here for 1 night in August 2012. The front desk clerk was friendly when checking in. The room was quite large and clean. I was very happy with the mini frig and microwave. It was located by the interstate. No problems checking out. However, breakfast wasn't good, but can't complain, since it was free. I would stay here again if I come back to Hammond. « less

Recent stay for a Ponchatoula wedding. The room price was fair, accomodations roomy and typical for this quality hotel. The public areas could have been cleaner (Fri, Sat) and the place overall is beginning to show wear and tear. The breakfast offered a wide choice, but the thin bacon-like cardboard product left a lot to be desired. The staff is very friendly and helpful. « less

Please accept our humble apology regarding the public spaces during Friday & Saturday! As you may have noticed we were hosting a College Sports Team & thus the reason for things being so crowded & out of place. We quickly cleaned up after them though and got everything back on track! Also, our breakfast menu is so large and is constantly changing. We like to change the menu after reviewing what the guests like and don't like so please be sure to join us for breakfast next time you are in town as we'd love to accommodate you again!

Was in town for one night to attend SELU event. Check in was fast and prompt. We enjoyed the work out room, we did not have time to try out the pool or jacuzzi though they looked clean and very inviting. We had to get up early to leave we ate breakfast at six in the morning they have so many different breakfast items that can feed the most particular person, such as our son. Each of us had many items to choose from. Super Breakfast. Whenever we come back we will be sure to stay here again!! « less
