There was mold in one room, and roaches in each of the 4 rooms they tried to put us in. Simply put, don't stay here. The service was average. We tried this hotel because we had a discount, but there's a fine line between discount and low grade. A similar discount was found at other hotels in the area, so I advise choosing another. « less

I stayed there for one night about a month ago due to truck repairs. I travel a lot for my company, so the young guy gave me the corporate rate. Only $40. Everything was pretty clean. My only complaint was the plumbing made an outlandish loud thumping noise at 4 AM when the people next door decided to take a shower and woke me up! « less

My friend and I decided to stay here for our FSU orientation weekend. This place has no curb appeal whatsoever, but the price was the best we could find. We found out why. The guy at the front was okay, but not especially friendly and not professional. Then we got to our room, just long enough to put our things on the bed. We noticed the door wouldn't lock, and as we were wiggling it around to make it work, we got itchy and saw that our feet were COVERED in fleas! We were in this room for literally one minute or less, and we both walked out with about a hundred bites each. We told the guy at the desk we were leaving, and he seemed not to care and said we could only get our money back through the internet. I will never go near any Econo Lodge ever again. « less
