OMG. I would not have let my dog stay in this hotel. The carpet and chairs were nasty and the room smelled musty. I killed 2 spiders in the bathroom. The manager was nice in assisting hotels.com in refunding me my money, but this hotel needs alot of work. Absoluelty unacceptable.

First of all, I don't know how this place is allowed to call itself a hotel. It was the nastiest, scariest ugliest motel I've ever seen. I was flying with 2 other of my business partners to work a beauty show all weekend and hotels were extremely hard to find due to spring break, a concert and the beauty show. After a full day of flying we get to our hotel at 11 and find out they double booked our room and the moved us to the only place around that had one room available. When we pulled up I already knew this was going to be awful. We walk into the "lobby" which was smaller than the size of my bedroom and the man assured us this was a great hotel and a great area. Feeling a little better, we walked up the outdoor stairs to our 3rd floor room. When we enter the room it took everything in me to not throw up all over the dirty carpet due to the reek of smoke in our "non-smoking" room, and we were asked to sign a paper not to smoke. ha. if it wasn't 12:30 in the morning and we didn't have to be up at 6 and if there was anywhere else we could possibly go, we would have left then. There wasn't, so we tried to eat the food we had picked up, obviously no room service, but the smell was so bad we threw it all away. There were dead and alive bugs everywhere, splatters of liquids and footprints on the walls and unmentionable stains on the furniture. When we looked in the shower, we found a washcloth hanging over the bar covered in black curly pubic hairs! It took everything in me to be able to sit on this bed and when I did I noticed cigarette burns all over both beds that were continuous through the sheets. This means unless they match the cigarette burns to each bed, they didn't wash our sheets. The bed was lumpy and we decided to sleep without blankets or pillows since they weren't washed, and froze all night. When I woke up I looked at where my head was laying and saw a bug crawling around on my jacket I used as a pillow. The breakfast was a joke. located in a converted hotel room, it was coffee, juice, frozen waffles and tiny bagels. When we went to the front desk to ask the lady, who's hair was a mess and was still in her pajamas, if she could call us a cab, she looked at me like an idiot and replied "so?" when I asked if they called cabs she laughed at me and said no you can call your own cab. needless to say we will never return to this place. I feel the need to call health services and have it shut down. The service was terrible and if we had payed for the room then I would have gotten my money back. Trust me, NEVER STAY HERE!!! « less

Great room, plenty of perks and nice continental breakfast every morning. Staff will go out of their way for visitors. The manager even picked me up at the airport and they don't have a shuttle! Everything was clean and they have a computer for guest use in the lobby so you can print your boarding passes. Convenient to restaurants-several within quick walking distance. « less

I am a well traveled individual. I've been to the very expensive, to the not so expensive. I could not believe how beautiful the room was. It was immaculate in every way. The bed was so comfortable,The room smelled so clean. It was very tastefully decorated. Nice slate tiled floors in the bathroom. In fact the bathroom looks better than some upscale bathrooms in other hotels I've stayed at. It looked like they had just done an extreme makeover, but according to the manager the updates were done over 3 years ago. I can't say more than praise for this place. I don't know why the other reviews aren't as good. I stayed on the first floor in the handicap room. So, if you want an amazing stay, stay in room #105. I can't comment on the other rooms, but I can assure you that if you stay in this room you will be pleasantly surprised! Loved it!!! Ps. The General Manager was very professional and helpful. « less

Having read the other reviews I have to really wonder if they were reviewing the same place as I was in. I was there on business, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, rooms decorated nicely. It's clean and comfortable with a great price too. Bathroom had enough towels, no begging for extras. I have nothing but praise for them and will not have to think twice about staying again. I stayed in room 211, no traffic sounds to disrupt your sleep either. « less
