We are a new property of 2 1/2 years old, 71 rooms with a combination of room types to accomodate all types of guest. We have full continental breakfast which begins at 6 AM until 9 AM On (Monday To Friday) and 6AM To 10AM (Saturday-Sunday)which is included in the price of the room. We have an indoor heated pool as well as a hot tub. There are several restuarants around us and the Gainesville Outlet Mall is less than a block away from us. We offer a business center as well with two computers and a printer. Gainesville was established in 1850 so it is an old town with alot of unique antique shops and original stores down in the square. Each of our rooms has a microwave and refrigerator.
