We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, with 2 beds and a large couch/sitting area. The TV was large, up-to-date, and swiveled so you could watch it from the beds or from the sitting area. The shower was clean, with good water drainage. There was a refrigerator in the room, and the room had 2 sinks.
We were checked in by a friendly Englishman, who offered to give us a tour of the lobby. That was a first for us. The young lady on staff in the morning was also very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The internet was a little slow in the room (free), and the breakfast wasn't outstanding. But to me, a clean and spacious room is more important than either of those considerations. There also was no lock on the bathroom door.
I got my room through Priceline Express for $68, which became $86 after taxes and fees, so it was a good price for a great hotel. « less

Great hotel with excellent staff. Hotel was very clean as was the room. Room was typical Hyatt Suites lay out, with King bed, sitting area, desk, wet bar and huge TV. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and staff kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked.
Only knock would be there is not a lot of restaurants located close by but the plus side is that it is located in a very quite area.

The Hyatt Place Blue Ash is an outstanding place. The lobby is smaller than other Hyatt Places I have stayed in (6 of them to date). That being said, the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. It's nice to see people genuinely smile when they are at work and greet you--they just make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are always great, with a huge flat screen and a comfy living area that you can just collapse in after a hard day at work (or play). I do not have one complaint, only praises! The property is near a lot of corporate campuses as well as easily accessible via Reed Hartman or the 275. Shopping is close by and so are several restaurants. We went to City Barbecue, just a few minutes away, but you can eat in as well. While they do not have room service, they do have a restaurant and bar with a pretty complete menu, and a Starbucks barista. Complimentary breakfast has severally choices, with at least 2 egg dishes, cereal, fruit, breads and juices and Starbucks coffee. I'd stay here again anytime! « less

My husband's company sent him to Cincinnati for business and myself and two small children tagged along. We stayed 2/4 - 2/8. Upon arrival, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious ( 2 beds and sleeper sofa) and clean. Location was close to major roads and my husband's business. There were plenty of dining options in the area all though you have to look for them (thank you trip advisor). Breakfast was ok and offered a variety of options. General manager was very friendly and helpful. We only had one issue during the week and that was that our room wasn't ready by 3 pm one afternoon and the manager and staff corrected the problem very quickly. Overall a great experience for our family. « less
