We had a reservation to stay at a different hotel in Canmore last weekend, however, our reservation was lost and the hotel actually recommended the Mystic Springs Chalets for us as we had a small dog and required a pet friendly establishment.
Once we arrived, the check-in was friendly, easy and quick. Our room was facing the mountains and we could park right in front which was very convenient.
Once inside we were pleasantly surprised by the size. It was like our own little Condo. It had a living room with a TV, games, i-pod dock station, comfy couch, and a fully functional kitchen and dining room. The back door lead out to a beautiful outdoor common area with trees, picnic tables, benches and two barbques with utensils for anyone to use.
There was a large outdoor pool, hot tub and exercise equipment, and self serve laundry facilities for guests.
The upstairs of our suite had two bedrooms, one with two queen size beds, a TV and bathroom just down the hall. Then there was a large main bedroom with a king size bed, TV and in-suite bathroom.
It was quiet, and very clean. The price is very reasonable for the area, and we would definitely stay there again, loved it. « less

We spontaniously decided to drive up to Canmore from Calgary, It was such a pleasant surprise to stay at The Mystic Springs didnt know what to expect but the stay was so wonderful. The chalets were really cozy, 2 floors and kitchen. The pools were great and the people were really friendly. Would definetly come back there again! « less

I had the privilege of staying at Mystic Springs with my husband and 2 children (6&8) in early February. The chalets are clean and cozy plus having a full kitchen and dining room is always nice with children. My kids had so much fun it was -15 and we were able to swim in the pools, then when we returned to the chalet they didn't leave their room. It was such a great night away. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledge and attentive. I look forward to staying at Mystic Springs again and again. « less
