We checked into the property on Thursday 7/31/14 with a SPECIFIC Presidential Suite that was REQUESTED and BOOKED back in JANUARY was not available due to the fact that someone overbooked that suite to someone else for an extended amount of days. After speaking with two of your awesome people, Emily and Mark in sales, they immediately came together with the front desk and got me into one of the remaining three suites that I was initially to check into on 8/1/14 yet still providing hospitable accommodations for me and my family. So hats off to them as well as the gentleman from catering whom helped us set up. On 8/1/14 when it was time to check into my other two Presidential Suites they were not ready in which I was informed that they would be ready a little after 9 AM, but they weren't available until AFTER 4 PM. These incidents were the only infractions we could find. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you guys for all you did to make our family time together happy and successful because we loved our stay. We also all agree that we made the best decision when we chose this hotel. I would like to thank one of your staff that I personally had the pleasure of having contact with. She is one of the most pleasant housekeepers ever, thank you Stephanie Evans. I am a event coordinator and I will definitely recommend your hotel to others. Thank you again and I look forward to staying with you in the future.

"It was just a room!"

The bathroom was horrible, the door was kicked in and the paint was peeling. It said on the web site that the hotel was .07 from Savis Center and it was a lot longer then that. I walked to see a concert and it was far!

The room needs an update in the worst way! I saw a bug in the room, which had me so scared that I would bring bugs back to my home. I was not happy about that at all! The pool looked very dirty, the water was cloudy; I didn't get in it either.

Conveniently located in Downtown St. Louis, adjacent to the Convention Center, Edward Jones Dome and the Washington Avenue Entertainment District. Our oversized rooms have recently been totally renovated and feature FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Guests enjoy the complimentaty use of our heated pool and fitness room, as well as, 24 hour business center. Additional amenities include complimentary: local phone calls, in room iron and ironing board, USA Today newspaper, hair dryers. Room Service is available in additipon to Breakfast Service at the Garden court Cafe and Lunch, Dinner and Late night dining at the 9th Street Bar and Grill. A 24 hour convenience market located on property. Motorcoach parking is available onsite.
