The Fairmont Hamilton Princess is located downtown and is a 5 min walk from the business district, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and public ferry. We have 410 guest rooms with 113 renovated deluxe rooms in the Bermudiana House with flat screen televisions, private balcony, wireless internet, rain forest showers, I-Pod docking stations, spacious work desk area. 2 pools (1 fresh 1 saltwater), 2 restaurants offering al fresco dining, Art Gallery, coffee shop, moped rental, spa, complimentary fitness center (24 hours) automated business center (24 hours). Hotel is wireless. Internet is complimentary if guests are enrolled in our free loyalty program - Fairmont President's Club, as well as complimentary local calls, etc. In additon to our meeting space we have great outdoor venues overlooking the Hamilton Harbor. We also have Fairmont Gold which is our concierge level with private check-in, private lounge, gourmet continental breakfast, afternoon tea, hors d'oevures, honor bar, 2 complimentary work stations and dedicated board room. Guests can take the complimentary hotel ferry to our sister property Fairmont Southampton and have signing priviliges.

The rooms could use updating fixtures and look but you won't be disappointed. The bar has great food and a delicious salad (they call) but it is more like a fresh pizza with great flavor.
The boat to te beach is on the property and a nice ride down the ocean.

We stayed here for 5 amazing days. Everything from check-in to check-out was outstanding. The graciousness of the bell staff, Gold Level Desk, servers and housekeepers was above expectations. Everyone really made us feel at home. Although our room did not have a balcony, it was very well appointed and comfortable. The only thing I would say in caution is the bathroom was on the small side and not much counter space for accessories. We dined at both on-site restaurants - the food and service was excellent and beautifully prepared. We will definitely return. « less

The buffet breakfast was a good selection but the décor needs serious attention, a Holiday Inn Express Breakfast room looks better. A big bonus was the Pool was heated, so it takes that chill out of it. They need to re tile or re pave the pool area plus they need more luxurious lounge chairs (They should take note of Vegas hotel pool areas) Have some cabana's etc... I'm from Australia and I'm quite tanned but let me tell you, the sun in Bermuda is STRONG!!! I got badly sunburnt which is rare for me, so PACK ON the sunscreen!!! « less

The weather in February is cooler, in the low 60's so you probably won't be swimming but you can still wear shorts and a long sleeve shirt. « less

The Fairmont Hamilton Princess is a great hotel for business travelers and couples that are not in need of immediate beach access. The hotel has a great view of the marina and I would recommend paying for the breakfast and cocktail hour in the club room. The actual hallways and interior of the hotel could stand to be updated, whereas the lobby, club room, and restaurants are exactly what you expect from a hotel of this caliber and price. Hanging with the locals on the weekend in the downstairs restaurant is a treat! The staff, management, and housekeeping team are A+...they are attentive, informative, and full of ideas for your trip while in Bermuda:) « less
