The land directly adjacent to Playa Langosta is more conducive to lower impact use than what is implied by traditional hotels. Playa Mansita and Playa Avellanas are adjacent to open meadows. Airport & Shuttle Information
From San Jose Take the Highway #27 and follow directions to Caldera, and to the Puente del Tempisque (Puente de La Amistad). 3 kms. after the exit of Las Juntas de Abangares you will see a Shell Gas Station on your left. From here turn left and drive following the signs to Puente del Tempisque (¨also called Puente de La Amistad¨) through a nice concrete road. Once you cross the bridge continue driving following the signs to Nicoya and Santa Cruz. Once in Santa Cruz keep driving on the main road until you see a Gas Station on the right side follow by a bridge, after the bridge you will see signs that direct to Tamarindo and Hacienda Pinilla, take and left and continue driving for about 30 minutes. Before you arrive to Villa Real Town you will see sign directing to Hacienda Pinilla and Playa Negra, follow the signs and you will see our main entrance in front of you.
