Seascape Beach Resort owns the beach that runs it's length. Beach Fires-to-go are a signature item, as is full banquet service fireside, on the beach. Santa Cruz Boardwalk is 9 miles north of the resort as is the town of Santa Cruz, CA. Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach are 45 minute south of the resort. Seascape offers 85 suites and 164 beach villas in addition to 17, 000sf of outstanding conference space.

Property Description

Seascape Resort Monterey Bay is the only residential luxury conference resort on the Monterey Bay. Seascape’s 247 suites and beach villas, conference center and outdoor function space (including the beach!) are provided to groups of 10 to 200 with 4-Diamond service, quality and attention to detail. Seascape offers 85 suites and 164 one and/or two bedroom beach villas. The suites are in accord with a 4-diamond resort- private bedroom (except in the case of our 24 studio suites which offer an open floor plan), parlor with fireplace and kitchenette and private decking- most with excellent views of the bay. Seascape’s one and two-bedroom villas are in either a town home or flat configuration. A typical villa offers 1,300 square feet of living space, one or two bedrooms, two or two and one-half baths, full kitchen, laundry, dining nook, family room with fireplace, private decking and barbecue. The suites and villas are decorated in a casually elegant beach theme. In addition, Seascape offers a 17,000sf conference center comprised of 15 flexible conference and function rooms- most with vistas of the Monterey Bay. The conference center can accommodate groups of 10 to 300 and boasts such amenities as wireless HSIA and custom, ergonomic conference furnishings. Seascape is conveniently located 45 minutes by auto from San Jose International, 3 hours from Sacramento, 2 hours from San Francisco and 5 hours by auto from Los Angeles. Santa Cruz is 9 miles north; Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pebble Beach are all 40 minutes south of Seascape.
