I agree with Tom1925. Though the weekend hot food was excellent and the chef was outgoing and friendly.. I wrote them regarding the housekeeping needs and they responded they would address that with the staff. In regards to the straight backed dining room style chairs in our room they said "I apologize that your room was less than your expectations." Meaning to me that nothing will be done about the hard chairs.One can pick up a used wing back chair for $50 or so. Next trip we will look elsewhere for lodging. « less
