When we arrived the hotel did not have our information concerning the reservation, but since we had the printout they honored that. However, in looking at the charges for the hotel, they charged an additional $25 separately. We still do not know why. So the credit card company has their fraud division looking into it. As for appearance, the second we opened the door it smelled like a wet dog. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well as a woman's acrylic fingernail and tissue that was wadded up behind the toilet on the floor. The sheets also had spots on them. If it was not so late and the charge non-refundable we would not have stayed.

This Orlando hotel offers dining options such as Savannah Bar and Grill and a food court serving breakfast,lunch and dinner, UNO'S Pizza Express with group specials. Guests traveling with children will enjoy the convenience of a children's activities director and staff who oversee a playground and state-of-the-art game room. Our renovated 434 guestrooms in ourseven-story tower are beautiful. The rooms include work stations with dual line phones, FREE high-speed wireless Internet access, premium cable channels, refrigerators, safes and complimentary USA Today newspapers, Self Service Coin Laundry facilities.
