Four night stay at this Marriott property a few miles south of Central Nashville. The structure of the buildings, room and front desk service were good. We were surprised that the pool was closed. The outdoor pools at every other hotel we have booked in Nashville in May had open pools. The bedding in our room was aged and not quite up to current Marriott standards. Housekeeping service skipped us on one of the days. Probably a good fit if you have an event in Brentwood. Driving to Nashville during rush hour was quite challenging. « less

We always stay here when we visit our child in college. The staff is always very friendly and anxious to help, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the location is very safe and located close to restaurants and shops. Brentwood is a beautiful area! « less

We checked in for a few weeks while work was being done in our home. It's a bit small for my tastes and would have liked to have had our three rooms a bit more private (just a curtain hung on see through doors in the rooms), however... the service was impeccable! The front desk staff could not have been friendlier and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I was especially surprised to have a dinner buffet 3 nights out of 7, it was great! « less

We went to Nashville to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and other sites. We were concerned about staying in Brentwood, but we couldn't have made a better choice....

We went to Nashville to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and other sites. We were concerned about staying in Brentwood, but we couldn't have made a better choice. After checking in, we drove downtown in about fifteen minutes (very easy). The facility is located in a quiet area, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and interested in providing outstanding service. Our one bedroom suite was very large and up to date. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The television programming was complete and the wireless internet access was fast. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was complete with good choices of carbohydrates and proteins. We will stay here on our next trip to Nashville. « less

We stayed here for a Basketball Tournament with a large group of people. I absolutly can not say enough good things about this place. First off, comfortable and clean. We loved the "homey" feeling since we were there for a week and needed comfortable surroundings for in between games. The pool and sports court was PERFECT for our sporty kids, and the outdoor grills and sitting area was GREAT for the adults. Such a great set up.
Breakfast was ridiculously good and large! Anything you could want. The light dinner meals and open beer keg on some evenings was a huge plus, although there never was enough food at dinner time. We always got there and it was gone. But the open tap of beer one night was great in conjunction with the cook out we put together with the grills.
Friendly accomidating staff. Laundry area was nice, courtyard well maintained and aesthetically eye pleasing. Good proximity to anything you could want in brentwood! Loved it so much we booked another Residence Inn for this year's tournament in Virgina! Hope we have the same great experience!
Oh and the workout room was small, but nice and accomidating. :) « less
