The newly renovated Holiday Inn Express, formerly Hampton Inn Germantown/Gaithersburg hotel is located off I-270 (Exit 15A) and Route 118 North in the heart of Montgomery County, Maryland. This Hilton Family® hotel is within 25 miles from Washington, D.C. and all of its government entities, museums, monuments, and historical sites. We offer a hot Full American breakfast with all of our room rates in addition to free high speed wireless internet, free parking, the largest(and newest) exercise facility in Germantown/Gaithersburg area, an outdoor pool and more. We are the closest hotel to the Germantown SoccerPlex, Seneca Meadows Office Park, DOE, Montgomery College and more. We have many major corporations in our "backyard". Our complimentary shuttle will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel including area restaurants, entertainment and the Shady Grove Metro stop. Here for leisure? We have everything you need from a free shuttle to the Metro and area dining to a Great room to hang out in on the lobby level, area shopping, attractions and more. Our beautifully appointed hotel has rooms with 1 King bed or 2 Queen size beds. We also have 2 levels of suites...most with full kitchen cooking facilities! These suites feature a large comfortable King size bed in the bedroom, a Queen size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 televisions, a breakfast bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and more. Need meeting space? We currently have 5 meeting rooms that can handle meetings and events from 2-230 people. In June 2013 we will have a brand new Grand Ballroom--The Highlands at Germantown Conference & Banquet Center. This state of the art space is perfect for multi day meetings, trainings and more with seating for up to 230 people. weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners will be done with style and elegance in our beautiful new space. It is perfect for events up to 180 people(150 with a dance floor).
