The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa, conveniently placed slope-side, is the focal point of Beaver Creek's village. Located just ten minutes west of Vail, Beaver Creek provides a Tyrolean, Alpine atmosphere in the truly awe-inspiring surroundings of the Rocky Mountains. The village is host to numerous specialty shops, Wine-Spectator Award winning restaurants, galleries, the Vilar Center for Performing Arts, and a multitude of activities literally steps away.
As a four star, four diamond hotel, we are proud to be 1 of only 8 Park Hyatts in North America. Highlights include our 20,000 square foot spa and state-of-the-art fitness center recognized as the “Best Spa in Colorado” by the Denver Post, European-born and-trained Executive Chef Pascal Coudouy, mountain-side and village location, and the recent completion of a $9 million guest-room renovation.

Had a mini break over Mothers Day weekend. The Allegria Spa is why I decided to stay here. At the Beaver Creek Hyatt the reservation agents were friendly and offered good restaurant recommendations. So glad we went to Dish! The best dinner in the entire year I have had. Loved our King room with balcony overlooking the ski resort and we had a very good nights sleep. The bed was so comfortable. I loved the spa - the Allegria Spa is one of the best in Colorado. The ladies lounge has a hot tub, cold shower, steam room and heated tile beds. The massage was wonderful and they added extra touches to the service like a heated rolled up towel under your neck and a foot scrub with heated towels . The outdoor hot tub with waterfall is great and they have an outdoor fire pit. The only question- is when can I return. « less

I am speechless - REALLY! We had a fantastic Spring Break at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek! We went there the first week of April with our 6 year old. It was his first time on the slopes, and boy do they take care of you! Check In - Fantastic, friendly and professional Room - Amazing view of the mountains and ice skating rink and village. We were on the top floor so we had a great view. We had a balcony which not every room has - so request one. We used the humidifier in the room at all times. It worked great. We had a mini refrigerator, flat panel TV, safe that held all valuables including laptops etc... Slippers, robes (even kids sizes on request!), Portico amenities, bottled water (included in resort fee), turn down service which included 2 gourmet chocolate bars, and so much more. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. The rooms are not very large. The furniture is quite dated but of good quality. Parking is $45 a day! We had no choice since we rented an SUV to get there from Denver Airport. Resort Fee is $25 a day which includes the newspaper, bottled water each day, use of the pools, smores every day at 4-5pm (although I think the entire town was helping themselves to smores!), and internet access. We had a good signal on all devices. Location - AMAZING! The Ski-in, Ski-out resort was amazing! It was so easy to just walk out of the hotel and hop onto the ski lift. I must say that the ski school for the kids is incredible. They treat the kids so well and give them a lot of individual attention. Our son only lasted a couple of hours at the most and we had paid for 1/2 day - but it was well worth it! Activities - What is not to like?? Ice Skating (skates for rent), skiing right outside, tubing - my son's favorite!!, and swimming - ALL in one day :)) The pool is heated. We swam right after we skiied! The hot tubs are beautiful with water falls that cascade into them. Just a walk around the village makes you feel like you are in Switzerland. We also ventured out to a Snow Mobile Experience to drive up to 12,000 feet as it snowed upon us. It was incredible!! They do have a kids club but we never used it after we saw the room they use - not many toys and it did not make sense when all of the fun was outdoors. The Spa is fantastic and is well worth it for a visit! The guests at the hotel were ALL polite and courteous. We enjoyed meeting many of the families there. The staff were top notch. Everyone was so happy to be there :)) The restaurants were incredible - yes at a price - but worth it! We came home with an amazing memory of our Easter and 2013 Spring Break! « less

I just stayed her April 8-10. It is an amazing ski in ski out resort with the largest spa on Beaver Creek or Vail Mountain. This resort is in the heart of the Beaver creek village. Half of the hotel overlooks the ice rnk in teh middle of town that is open year round, the other side of the hotel looks directly at the mountains. Beautiful fire places in the rooms and some of the finest linen that I've felt in a while. The spa is amazing and far better than that of the Ritz, Westin or Fourseasons by far! As for ski in and ski out, we toured the other hotels and Hyatt has the best option. Ritz is nice but no where near the village and the ski in and out is limited to one chair. Westin has no ski in and out, Fourseasons is the same. Beautiful hotel but poor sense of arrival and you have to shuttle to ski.Park Hyatt was by far the best. Great staff and beautiful property. « less

I've been maening to write this review for a couple of months. Went to Beaver Creek for the first time to celebrate my husband's b-day. Because I spend much of my life in Hyatt hotels I felt confident that the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek would be the right choice for trip. We arrived around 9 pm, and I was very tired after coming off a long business trip. We were greeted immediately by the valet who radio our name to the front desk and then informed us they had no record of our reservation. What???? I made the reservation weeks ago!!! Expecting to have to jump through hoops to try and get this resolved I was fully prepared to do battle and proceeded inside.
We were greeted at the front desk by Daria who confirmed they had no reservation for us. Apparently when I made my reservation online using points there was a glitch in the transmission and the reservation did not go through (unbeknownst to me). I was crushed, mad at myself for not realizing I had never gotten a confirmation and completely bummed thinking we would have to find accommodations elsewhere. But my fears were completely put aside when Daria said we had nothing to worry about, I could be assured that she would find us a room. Fortunately we arrived the week after the holiday break was over so there were rooms available. Daria not only found us a room she asked what options we would like (slope view, rink view, high floor, etc.) as she wanted to make sure we were completely happy since there had been a problem with our reservation. What can I say, we were thrilled with our room and Daria made it even better by personally calling our room about 10 minutes later to be certain it was right for us and was there anything else we she could do to make things perfect?
Food – oh my, what can I say about the food? Fabulous, awesome, best ever and expensive. But, the quality outweighed the price. Worth every penny.
Ski valet – the group of young people that run the valet and shops are just wonderful. Very caring and efficient, never waited more than a minute or two.
Thank you Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, Daria and all of the team members for making our trip so enjoyable. We will most certainly be back many, many times. « less

We took our 5 kids and dog for 3 days during our spring break. Hotel employees were very kind, helpful, and professional. We mostly ate room service and were happy with it. The room was nice and I loved that the windows could be opened to let the fresh air in. The hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained. Now for the disappointment...
We scheduled a much needed couples massage. We were escorted to a waiting area upstairs and asked to have a seat until our masseuses came. The sitting area (which was empty except for us) was nice except for the used napkins and glasses/cups which were resting on the tables while one of the employees stationed at the desk area nearby applied her make up while looking at her mirror. The massages were good and the masseuses were very professional. Afterward, we were escorted to same waiting area to relax and have a glass of water to take in the relaxation....except that it was now full of people (private spa party?) and the door was closed, to which they shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry, it's full". Ummm, we scheduled this a early and you have no other relaxing seating arrangements for us or the other spa clients who are in the same predicament? We were also disappointed with the location of the hot tubs. Not scenic as the picture leads. « less
