Verified Reviews of Hyatt Regency New Orleans

Below are the verified reviews from guests that we have booked recently:
"Check in was not what I expected."
Overall Score3.0/ 5
The room on my confirmation was not available. This is unacceptable. When I went to check out, the rate charged was almost $50 more than my reserved/confirmed rate. It took talking to management to get it all straightened out. Again, unacceptable.

"Better than we expected."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
The hotel was convinient to the Amtrak station and to the Steetcar stop. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed having choices of resturants and a Starbucks all under one roof so we did not have to get out in the rain to get food. My husband really enjoyed the updated features of the elevator and the auto locks just by having possession of the room key card. We look forward to our next trip to New Orleans and staying at the Loyola Hyatt. Oh and the cost of the hotel stay was very reasonable.

"A very pleasant experience."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
My husband and I arrived later than planned via Amtrak and the front desk crew were very nice and got us in our rooms quickly. The rooms were clean and quiet. The street car runs in front of the hotel that will carry you to heart of the action of New Orleans. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go back to NOLA.

"Hotel Bill"
Overall Score3.0/ 5
I called the 800 number to correct the bill. The bill is correct and I hope the credit card statement will reflect the correction. Hotel stay was great.

"Everything worked out great. We are at the end of our season, but I will definitely use you in the future for my travels needs for 2007. The rates you gave were very competitive--better than ones that I get online or over the phone." V.V. - Blacksburg, VA
