I have stayed at this resort several times and had fantastic experiences each time. After staying here you will not want to stay anywhere else! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and big, and the pool areas are so fun! Including a pirate playground for the kids. Great place to stay! « less

We brought our grandsons aged 3 and 5. The condo set up is perfect, they can go to bed while adults have the living room. Good kitchen for breakfast and snacks. We especially enjoyed indoor water park, it was good fun after a day at Dollywood. Outdoor water park looked wonderful but we opted for indoor as it was cloudy. Very easy check in and we felt it was an excellent value. « less

We booked a last minute room using the name your price feature on the resort website... Got a great deal for a place with a lot of nice features! Every room has a full kitchen and our room had a king bed in a separate room from the pullout sofa. The bathroom was huge. My son really enjoyed hanging out at the waterpark at the end of the day.
The indoor water park is small and there were a lot of people crammed in there. We definitely couldn't fill a whole day hanging out there but it was great for a couple hours. The outdoor section was better.
Close to plenty of restaurants, outlet shopping, and the Pigeon Forge "strip". « less

My husband and I just took a long weekend with our 21 month old twins to this resort. I read multiple reviews of several hotels before deciding and booking one. This hotel had all the amenities that met our needs at a great price. I am so glad we chose the hotel we did. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean. I noticed as soon as I walked in the building how fresh and clean it smelled. Room was perfect for 2 toddlers. They loved looking off balcony at the woods and all the birds that came with it. The indoor water park wasn't much of a water park but was perfect for my little ones. They cried every night when it was time to leave. The location was great. Near enough to enjoy but not in all the traffic and commotion of pigeon forge. Would recommend to anyone who is contemplating staying here. Already looking for when we can go again. « less

Good location right next to the outlet mall. Quiet, clean room with a balcony and a relaxing view of the woods. Nicely equipped kitchen. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but not bad. The only complaint we had was that the indoor pool was a little cold, my 3 year old couldn't tolerate it. (We told the manager about this in an email survey and received a prompt aplology). I would definitely go back and would recommend to others. The outdoor pool and mini golf area would be a big hit if travelling with kids. « less
