Stayed two nights - 5/1 - 5/3. Room needs some upgrading - could smell cigarette smoke every morning coming through vent in bathroom (we were in a Mon-smoking room in what we thought was a non-smoking floor and hotel). Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan and not much room for toiletries on the sink area. The vent in the tub area was covered in layers of dust that should have been cleaned as it was very noticeable. Front desk did give a discount ($20.00 per night) for the problems stated including an overloaded electrical outlet and very noisy guests in the next room at 2am. We stay at Hampton Inn properties several times during the year and this one has gone downhill. We hope the problems will be addressed as we may need to stay in the area in the future and usually stay at Hampton Inns. « less

We had all of our 190 wedding guests stay at the Hampton Inn in Voorhees this past week-end for our daughter's wedding. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, Christian Baron, the front desk manager couldn't do enough for us. He took care of all of our requests with professionalism, efficiency and a great smile. He was available at all times for us. Prior to the week-end, Morgan McCleran, another of Hampton Inn's fabulous front desk managers, helped me with my room arrangements and made me feel confident that my guests would be comfortable the entire week-end. l and would highly recommend this hotel for any function you may consider having. Also, there were great choices at breakfast. The breakfast manager, Lindsey made sure everything was full all the time. If there was something we did not see at the buffet, Lindsey would check to see if she could get it for us. Again with a smile and a happy to help attitude. I couldn't say enough about the helpfulness of the entire staff at the Hampton Inn in Voorhees. « less

I find all Hampton Inns to be good places to spend the night. THis particular hotel was clean, had friendly, helpful staff, and had comfortable, clean rooms. We arrived around 10 pm and the only desk person was extremely busy as a large party had just arrived. He was patient, answering the phone and checking people in, and at the same time, not rushing you through.. The breakfast is good and there were brown bag breakfasts to go for those in a hurry which was a nice touch.We arrived late and left early so I do not know what was in the area, other than it looked safe and I believe there was a restaurant across the road.There was a busload of students there the night we arrived, but there were no noise issues and the dining area could accomodate everyone. No indoor pool but I think there was an outdoor one. About an hour from Atlantic city and close to Philadelphia.Good spot. « less
