BRAZZ, the informal brasserie is open from 7am Monday - Saturday and 8am Sunday and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner using fresh local produce. Castle Bow Bar & Grill is a stylish Art Deco restaurant serving fantastic dishes using the best of local produce (open Wednesday - Saturday for dinner). Our private meeting and dining rooms are individually decorated ensuring that you'll find one to suit your party - no matter what the size and style of your occasion.
