Saginaw's Riverfront offers fishing and a beautiful pier. The Saginaw Children's Zoo
will delight young people. From the alligators to the butterflies, you'll find creatures of almost every description. The nearby Japanese Cultural Center and Tea House is another unique destination, born from a partnership between Saginaw and our sister city in Tokushima, Japan. The teahouse was constructed in the traditional method-no nails! It's just five miles from our hotel. In Saginaw, you'll want to visit our own island: Ojibway. It's perfect for strolls, picnics, concerts and just exploring the riverside. Lastly, don't miss the world's largest Christmas store: Bronners Christmas Wonderland. The store features 50, 000 holiday decorations and gifts. It's just 16 miles from our hotel in Saginaw.
Verified Reviews of Country Inn & Suites by Carlson
Below are the verified reviews from guests that we have booked recently:
Overall Score3.0/ 5
It was OK. The walls seemed very thin as we could hear the conversations of others next door. The breakfast was OK. The coffee was too strong. We were also not recognized as Club Carlson members.
"Felt Very Comfortable and Safe "
Overall Score4.0/ 5
My husband was in a hospital for a few days and we live 2 1/2 hours away. I needed a place to stay. I stayed in your hotel and felt very safe. The room was very nice and I was at the hospital most of the two days I was there but I forgot to tell the desk person when I checked out that the tiny coffee pot was not with the coffee maker. My stay was very comfortable. Thank you.
Verified Review, stayed from Sun Apr 20 to Tue Apr 22 2014 at a $69.99 average nightly rate.
"No Hot Water "
Overall Score1.0/ 5
Need I say more? I would like a refund for this stay. Now mind you, the room was great and the breakfast was OK. However, no hot water is unforgivable.
