I called them when we got on I-4. All rooms were ready when we arrived even though we arrived 45 minutes early. All keys were ready for me to give the group and they promptly gave me the list with each of the attendees room numbers. They were extremely accommodating to those in the group who wanted a pre and post stay even though they booked that under a different system. Bottom line: everything a group leader was looking for. Best part was, no complaints!

The Best Western Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel Downtown Disney, beautifully renovated, is located in the heart of the excitement that the Downtown Disney Resort Area has to offer. We are a full service, high-rise hotel that offers complimentary transportation to all four Walt Disney World theme parks. Our amenities include a full service restaurant, Internet cafe, a lounge, a Pizza Hut Express, business center, fully equipped fitness center, electronic game room, heated swimming pool and garden gazebo. Free parking and internet are available for all guests! The hotel offers just over 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and can accommodate meetings of 5-175 people and banquets from 20-180 people. Our convenient location, spacious accommodations, modern facilities, along with our professional staff makes our hotel the ideal host for your group or event.
