Pratt’s Hotel has been part of Bath’s heritage for more than two centuries and has many interesting features including the classic Georgian restaurant, lounges with open fireplaces, and a bowed landing on the staircase, designed to enable ‘chairmen’ to carry clients back to their rooms in their sedan chairs after a treatment in the city’s famous spa baths.
Our elegant Season’s Restaurant offers an extensive A la Carte menu together with an excellent and imaginative wine list. For less formal dining the hotel bar with its views onto Bath’s South Parade, serves a mouth-watering selection of light meals and snacks. The comfortable lounges are the perfect place to relax and unwind with a good book or to enjoy afternoon tea or a pre-dinner drink.
The hotel is located in the heart of Bath city centre making it an excellent meeting place for both business and social events. The Gainsborough Room is in a quiet part of the hotel and will seat up to 50 delegates for a seminar or training day. For smaller meetings, the Writing Room offers a small yet stylish room for up to 6 people. The hotel does not have on-site car parking, there is an NCP car park close by.
