The rooms were clean and nicely done on the Hilton Honors level. The bed was fine. Everything worked. The cost to cater lunch for our group was extremely high for a sandwich and chips. The airport shuttle needs to run more smoothly with pickup. Staff was friendly and the grounds were clean and nice. The breakfast was good. This is a good place to stay with a good location.

We held a Corporate annual State Administrator meeting at the Hampton Inn Tropicana. I was very satisfied with the property, our rooms, the meeting room and the catering for our meeting. Lean, Stefanie, and Davina in Sales were incredible to work with and very professional. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is with the shuttle service and the fact that it is drop off on the strip only. Return shuttle from the Tropicana on the strip back to the Hampton Inn Tropicana should really be part of your services.Thank you again and I will definately look forward to holding any other events we have at your facility. Much appreciated.
