Property Description

The Holiday Inn Woodland Hills completed an extensive multi-million dollar renovation of the interior and exterior of our hotel in January of 2004. We completely took all sleeping rooms and public areas down to the 2 x 4's and concrete and remodeled them into luxurious, modernly appointed guest rooms and suites. Now, we are part of the $1 billion Holiday Inn Relaunch of a fresh new look and feel to the brand, the biggest relaunch that our industry has ever seen. We listened to our guests' requests and are now delivering changes that range from a new logo, signage and lighting, signature sound and aromatherapy in our lobby and new amenities in our guest rooms, including flat screen televisions. You can experience most of these changes now, but look for our official Relaunch by the end of 2009. The Holiday Inn Woodland Hills, however, is not stopping there. We are going above and beyond the standards by also bringing our guests brand new Serta Presidential Dual Pillow-top mattresses, new carpeting in all guest rooms and new furniture to lounge in by our sparkling outdoor pool. And when other hotels are charging for extra services and amenities, we proudly provide our guests with complimentary parking, a business center, fitness room, wireless HSIA, laundry facility, daily newspapers and a convenient shuttle to transport guests anywhere within a 7 mile radius. Our restaurant, the Ventura Bar & Grill serves a delightful California cuisine and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including room service. For a special treat, try out our daily happy hour or early bird specials poolside. We also offer 3000 square feet of meeting space to accommodate events up to 120 people and our extensive catering menu was designed to satisfy a variety of tastes on any budget.
