"Very poor customer service, especially for bride"

Room looked decent; could use some sprucing up. Did not meet one friendly staff member. No one was smiling. I asked if there was any way I could bring breakfast up to the room so I could do last minute things before my wedding that was in a few hours. The woman said, "No." I asked if they would make an exception for a bride ( myself ), and she repeated, "No Ma'am. Can't break the rules!" I went back to my room and ordered from there. I went to pay, and they had to leave with my credit card to complete the transaction. Several friends and family stayed here from out of town and also had very poor customer service.
