We are on a peninsula so we are able to provide both land and water based activities. Many come for the diving and fishing. We are able to do both fresh and salt water fishing tours. We also do Mayan ruins and cave tours. A very popular tour is Monkey River which is a boat tour

Property Description
We are a small Caribbean resort located in southern Belize. We have a total of 8 cabanas, a restaurant, and a bar. All of our units and the dining facilities are located on the Caribbean.We specialize in serving small weddings, college groups, and religious groups. Our beach and dining room serve as an excellent venue for meetings and buffet meals. We can also arrange for various types of entertainment.We have 2 styles of cabanas. Six of our units are two story with a queen size bed and single cot in the loft. On the main floor is a queen futon. These units have small kitchens. All have refrigerators. Each unit has its own bath with shower. All units have hot water and ceiling fans. Two of our units have thatched roof, with outdoor enclosed showers. Quite tropical! These units will hold 2 persons.We can hold up to 34 persons on site, but have close by facilities that we can use for larger groups.The resort restaurant and beach area works well for group activities. For large groups we can arrange private transportation to and from Belize City.
Green Sustainability
We work to minimize our carbon foot print by using sea breeze cooling and fans. All cabanas are made of local materials. We collect and use rain water to minimize the use of scarce fresh water.

Airport & Shuttle Information
All flights to Belize arrive at Belize International. This is about 130 miles north of the Green Parrot. You can drive to our location. It takes 3 hours. For large groups we can arrange private bus transportation
Local Shuttle Info: Most fly down to PLACENCIA from Belize International. We will pick you up at the air strip and bring you to the resort. We can book local flights to and from PLACENCIA
