The Royal Bath is situated in two acres of manicured gardens with magnificent views overlooking Poole Bay and is the ideal venue to hold your meeting or company conference. When you arrive, both you and your delegates will experience the true meaning of hospitality, which has now become our trademark. Our professional approach to the needs of our conference delegates has ensured that many of our clients come back to us year after year. On arriving at the hotel, our Concierge will valet park your car and ensure a smooth and speedy check-in process. For the conference organiser we have a dedicated events team who are on hand from the moment you arrive to help assist with the smooth running of your conference. The Royal Bath has a diverse range of meeting room facilities ranging from the De Vere suite to our Terrace boardroom. The De Vere suite is an event organiser’s dream, with it’s domed ceilings and stunning art deco styling it can be used for conferences, product launches and private dinners and has a capacity of 400 theatre style. For those needing a smaller meeting, private dining or syndicate rooms, we have a further six meeting rooms that can hold between 5 and 200 people. When it is time for your delegates to relax, the Royal Bath Hotel is perfectly situated for activities ranging from geese herding through to private barbecues and beach cricket on Bournemouth’s famous sandy beach. Our dedicated Conference and Events team are able to organise activities for your delegates to ensure that your event is both memorable and successful.
