This is the fourth hotel we have stayed in, in Vegas, so we know what the standards are, unfortunately we weren't able to have the room which we had requested( 2 queen beds, non-smoking). We were given the choice of 2 queens in a smoking or king with a roll-down bed non-smoking. As my 25 yr old son as asthma we decided to go with the non-smoking room with roll-down bed. The reception was blunt with the response that rooms are not guaranteed, I feel that due to it being booked through a travel agent and then Expedia that you get less of a service. We had a VIP certificate from Expedia for this hotel which asks you to ask the hotel for any upgrades as well as any other benefits and amenities, on asking I was given a 33% off the Mystere show, which shows at the hotel however it was showing during our stay. I thought the overall service was done with an arrogant manner. On signing out the lady was much more apologetic and asked why we hadn't changed to the appropriate room for our second night's stay, my reply being 'because we weren't offered this service'. On leaving the room we noticed something sticky on the bedspread, not good! No in-room coffee facility. The evening buffet was not as it was several years ago, food was cold and had been stood for too long. although the desserts were fresh and delicious. The server was excellent!!! We watched the free SIRENS show, which was fantastic!!!!
Unfortunately we won't be returning to this hotel in the future « less

This was our 4th time back to Vegas- we pick a different hotel each visit. Last time we stayed another couple stayed here and thought it was a great hotel so we decided to book our trip here this time. No line for check in however we arrived close to midnight. When we were checking out on Friday at noon and the entire lobby was packed for check in. Our room was OK - big stain on the floor. Holes in the sheets. The hallway smelled like skunk really bad! There was a cigarette wrapper in front of our room that never got picked up by house keeping the entire week (we intentionally didn't pick up to see how long it would stay there lol). The beds were really comfy and had a great view of the strip and the pool. We has a smoking room but didn't smoke in it so it was interesting that all the ashtrays never got used but when we returned to our room after housekeeping was done we had an ashtray with ashes in it. The pool was good - the water was cold! Got pretty busy in the afternoon but a good time to relax. There was a lot of kids - didn't think Vegas was the place to bring children but they were everywhere. We don't go into Senior Frogs but It looked liked everyone was having a great time in there. Gilleys was OK, both nights we popped in it was karaoke so we didn't stay too long. Everyone who works at this hotel was very nice and helpful. Overall this hotel was OK. « less

I just got home from a week at TI. Let me tell you it was perfect. Check in was less than 10 minutes - we were in our Petite Suite in no time. We did have to have an engineer come to fix the safe - he was there less than 10 mins after the phone call and poof - all better and we were off on our vacation!. The casino did not smell - was not overly smoky like other people have posted -- and I detest smoke -- it was a bit small compared to some of the giant casinos on the strip but that made it easier to navigate in my opinion. We ate at the buffet and the food and service was awesome. The staff at the players club were extremely helpful and friendly - I am looking forward to our next trip!!! Thanks again to everyone who took care of us! « less

We arrived at TI on the 12th May @ 2:50 PM and it took 85 min's before we received our room key :( at the front desk. The next day (Monday) we departed the room at 9-AM and return at 2:30 PM and the room was still not cleaned, contacted House Keeping and they stated they'd look into it?? We left the room an return at 4-PM and the cleaning lady was just departing the room, I ask her why it took so long and she reply I speak no-English.!!! We'll never stay at the TI again. We'll go to the MGM Grand!! The slots are very, very TIGHT :( « less

This review is LOONG over due. Me, my husband, and father/mother in law stayed here back in July 2012. We arrived at the hotel close to midnight (I do not recommend...I don't care how cheap the plane tickets are) so there was absolutely no line for a room. The lobby smelled SO good. Which I've read some do not like it. It is sort of strong, but I like it. Apparently most of the casinos on the strip have their "own" signature scent, which I thought was neat. Anyhow, we checked in without any problems. I honestly wasn't expecting much because our room rate was quite inexpensinve, but we were quite suprised. The room/bathroom was larger than I expected. The view wasn't the best, but who cares you're in VEGAS! We ate breakfast at Kahunaville, which was great. When we went they were giving out all sorts of discounts and breakfast there was one of them. Our waitress was nice enough to extend the cut off time for the discounted breakfast. We really did not eat actual meals at our hotel, but we did make a pit stop at Senor Frogs before we went to the Elvis show at the Aria (which was great). We sat in the bar area outside of the restaurant, but it did sound like they were having a great time inside. My ONLY complaint about this hotel is on our first day the house keeper decided for some reason to turn our AC OFF. And judging by how hot it was in the room, she hadn't JUST cleaned our room. I beleive we left that morning and didn't come back until late that night....it took forever for our room to cool off...it was JULY. Other than that our stay was great and we will be returning again in August. Hopefully we have a wonderful stay again and I'll take pictures this time. Watch out for the people that stand near the TI ships. They claim they can get you cheap tickets. Just don't make eye contact with them, they will literally grab you. I made this mistake TWICE. We never got to see the TI pirate show. The night we tried it was SO crowded and people were pushing and getting angry, so we just avoided it. Maybe this trip we can safely see it. « less

Testimonials: Why use Hotel Planner?
"I had already contacted Marriott prior to finding your site, but you got us a deal $24 cheaper per night than Marriott was willing to offer! Also, since the rooms are blocked for our wedding, the website with our own URL was perfect. This was the most convenient and easy to use service I have encountered since starting to plan the wedding. I had the whole room blocking process done in 48 hours, it saved a lot of time and money. Thanks!" C.T. - Richmond, BC
"Using your site took alot of the "headache" out of finding accomodations for our family reunion. I would have never imagined that I could do so little work in so little time and get the results that I needed fast! Kudos for such a grand idea!" I.M. - Baton Rouge, GA
