Property Description

Welcome to the Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential! We are conveniently located in Downtown Little Rock with easy access from I-30 and I-40. The hotel is just blocks away from the River Market Dining, Entertainment & Business Districts as well as the Clinton Library. Our spacious standard guest rooms offer comfortable bedding, 32" flat screen TVs, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, complimentary local calls and complimentary wireless internet service. Complimentary Hot Deluxe Continental Breakfast and Parking are included in our guestroom rates. Our guests have access to our 24-hour Fitness and Business Centers with computers and printer available to them as well. The hotel’s gorgeous third floor saltwater pool is open from May-September and overlooks downtown Little Rock. All of our suites offer a bedroom and a living area, each with their own flat screen TV, plus a refrigerator and microwave. We have both surface and underground parking for your safety and convenience. The Blues Bar is open Monday through Saturday evenings from 5pm to 10pm. Our in house pizzeria, Presidential Pizza, is offered in the Blues Lounge or room service from 5pm to 10pm nightly. We also have meeting space in varied sizes to fit your budget and space requirements plus catering options we can customize for you. Our friendly, accommodating staff is waiting to help make your stay and meeting or event the best it can be!
