AUDIO-VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: For any additional audio-visual needs, the hotel has chosen Total Audio-Visual to be its preferred audio-visual vendor, however, your organization can provide their own equipment (i.e., computers, LCD projectors, etc), thus eliminating additional charges. The hotel does not levy a hook-up fee for outside equipment. The meeting room is equipped with an overhead screen which can be used at no charge. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: Based on your requirements, we have reserved function space for your group’s program. For any additional food and beverage needs, your organization is at liberty to contact any caterer for any food and beverage requirements. The hotel has no liquor license and therefore, by law, no alcoholic beverages may be dispensed on the premises. Your organization must, however, agree to hold the hotel harmless for any issues, complaints or legal actions regarding food or beverage services administered by an outside vendor. The hotel can provide the names of additional caterers upon request.
