We stayed here one night, it was bad. I normally don't care if a hotel is a little beat up, but this place is falling apart. Tried to take a bath and the water was full of plaster from the tub, so I tried to drain it and take a shower, but the tub took 10 full minutes to drain. There was no fan in the bathroom so my shower was uncomfortable. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't slide so much as loudly screech and jump, your neighbors will hear every time you open it. The fridge is beat up and makes a loud hissing noise on and off all night. No fitted sheets, just a flat sheet that is not even tucked in. Carpets look gross, wifi is a bitch and only offered in the deluxe rooms, the outlets didn't work with my laptop, the freezer was super gross, etc. And $15 a night for parking.

University Place Hotel boasts 235 oversized, comfortable guest rooms and also features three suites. All University Place guest rooms feature comfortable mattresses and bedding, coffee makers, hair dryers, free local calls, and DSL Internet access. University Place offers four guest room types & three suites: • Standard guest rooms offer oversized accommodations with a comfortable area to sleep, work and relax. These guest rooms are available with a king bed, a double bed, or two double beds. These rooms have gorgeous views of the west hills, the city, or the outdoor pool. All of the rooms feature comfortable bedding, a large desk, and an oversized stuffed chair for lounging, as well as an ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and coffee pot.•Deluxe guest rooms offer oversized accommodations with a comfortable area to sleep, work and relax. These guest rooms are available with a king bed, or two double beds. These rooms all have gorgeous interior views of our heated outdoor pool. These rooms are perfect for the extended stay traveler, as they include a refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig Coffee Maker in addition to standard amenities.•Executive Suite: This 550 Sq Ft room features one bedroom with a large bathroom and a private patio with views of the west hills. The separate living room includes a seating area with an LCD flat panel TV, a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. There are two of these suites on property•Presidential Suite: This 800 sq ft suite features a large living area with seating for up to 9, and electric fireplace with a large LCD flat panel TV. The dining area and hospitality kitchen include dining table, microwave, refrigerator, and basic china and glassware. The separate bedroom features a king bed, a flat panel LCD TV, while the oversized, private bath offers granite counter tops, a two person jetted tub with a separate shower and upscale amenities.
