I chose this hotel because of its description and proximity to Barrow Institute. I was traveling with my seriously impaired husband, so having comfortable beds, and a refrigerator was a priority. There was no refrigerator. There were sleep number controls on the bed but they didn't work. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. There was only one glass in the room. The only thing satisfactory were the towels. I asked to be moved and was told there were no more rooms. I felt the room was inferior and was very disappointed.
