Excellent service received at the Handlery Hotel San Diego. The staff was extremely helpful in providing their service to my family and answering any questions as they came up. The food was very good at our Meet and Greet held on Friday, July 11, 2014, plus our meal that was served at our Dinner/Dance on Saturday July 12, 2014. The entire weekend was awesome due to the hotel staff providing us great service throughout the time we spent at the Hotel. My family complimented me for selecting a great Hotel and felt all of the events held at the Handlery Hotel led to this being the "Best Reunion" we have ever had. I personally have to Thank Maria for all her support and help during the planning process, up to the weekend of our Family Reunion. Maria was extremely helpful to me in everyway possible, she was patient, caring and understood that I personally was in need of help and she showed empathy towards me as the Reunion drew closer. I am very satisfied for the services I received at the Handlery Hotel and will highly recommend my friends and family to stay at the Hotel. If I plan another Family Reunion in San Diego, it will be held at the Handlery Hotel again. Thank you so much to everyone at the Handlery Hotel for all of your help and support. "Wedding with out of town guests"

We picked the Handlery as the hotel of choice for the out of town guests for our wedding. It was centrally located with easy access to the highways. The staff was delightful to work with, treated our guests very well.Only a few things I heard as negative from guests: some rooms smelled mildew( 200 block- I have to agree). Bar closes early and they wondered why wedding guests were spread out all over in hotel vs. rooms together. I felt it was a great choice for us, decent price and wonderful service.Thx!

The Handlery Hotel San Diego has the uncommon combination of beautiful accommodations in an unbeatable location that is close to all that San Diego has to offer. Most of our meeting rooms have incredible views with floor to ceiling windows overlooking our landscaped Terrace Garden or sparkling pool. (blackout drapes for AV).In our continuing effort to provide the highest quality product for our guests, we have just completed a multi million dollar renovation. This includes replacing furniture, bedding, carpeting and TV's in all guest rooms; as well as replacing carpeting, wall covering and window treatments in the public and event space, resurfacing the pool deck, repainting the exterior of the hotel and an extensive landscaping project. A selection of eighteen well-appointed meeting sites (total of 42,515 sq. ft.) and three rooms (3100 to 3400 sq. ft.) ensure you of just the right room to accommodate your small to large function needs for up to 400. Our varied banquet menus, professional staff and ability to fill specific needs will ensure a successful meeting. Our banquet menus along with our meeting room layouts are available immediately on our site.
