Property Description
We are a Resort is a 32 acre resort located less than 10 minutes from most attractions in the New Braunfels area. The resort has 83 cottage rentals and over 250 full hook-up RV sites. We cater to large and small groups, families, Winter Texans, couples, and business travelers. We have efficiency, one and two bedroom cottages, some offering a loft for the kids.We have multiple one bedroom cottages with a loft that are designed to sleep between 4 and 8 guests. The cottages with a loft will sleep up to four adults and four children. The downstairs of the loft units typically consists of a private bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, and a living room. Most of these cottages have a bathroom and shower that is accessible from both the private bedroom and the living room. The upstairs loft contains two double mattresses. The loft has a ceiling height of approximately 4 feet and is perfect for children, but not adults.We also have several two bedroom cottages as well. They are designed to sleep up to eight adults. These cottages contain either a queen bed or king bed in the bedrooms, two sleeper sofas in the living room. The one and two bedroom cottages includes:flat screen TV with DVD player, DirecTV service, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher (in some units), coffee pot, toaster, breakfast table with 4 chairs, queen or king sized bed in private bedroom, sofa sleeper (full size mattress) in living room, ceiling fan, attached deck with 4 outdoor chairs, picnic table, barbeque grill, Linens, towels, dishes, silverware, and some cookware (not including bake ware)We also have some small efficiency units that have one queen bed. These much smaller units are perfect for the overnight traveler who is not planning on spending much time in the cottage. These rooms have a private bathroom, mini-kitchenette that consists of a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot.The resort's amenities are amazing. We offer free Wi-Fi, Free cable TV, Two indoor heated swimming pools and hot tubs, brand new resort style outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, plays cape for kids, jump pad, spider web, jumping pillow, aero ball, sand volleyball, Gaga Pit, picnic and barbeque areas, outdoor sitting areas, 3 recreation halls/meeting rooms/ gathering places, general store, horseshoes, fitness facility, and a game zone with a : shuffleboard table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, pool table, Wii, PlayStation 3.Our large meeting spaces are ideal for you to gather for a meal or just to socialize in. The two largest halls have a full kitchen equipped to prepare your own meals or for you to bring in a caterer. To assist in your event set up, we provide you with tables, chairs, and a sound system.Visitors prefer to stay with us over a hotel for many reasons- better privacy, more amenities, a kitchen and BBQ grill that allows a guest to cook instead of dining out. Also, the cottages typically allow a greater number of guests than a hotel room AND without an extra charge, and the price is comparable to, and in many cases less than a hotel room and we do not have a charge for extra guests. Best of all, our prices are comparable to, and in many cases lower than a hotel room.
