Property Description

While you indulge yourself with a newly renovated spacious guest suite, we will indulge you with, COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI, fitness room, complimentary guest laundry. There is also a 24-hour coffee shop directly across the street from the hotel. Our hotel is conveniently located between Tempe and Scottsdale and minutes away from downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. Access to the 202 Loop is 1/4 mile North on Scottsdale Road and the 202 Loop connects to I-10 and AZ 60. All our rooms are two room Suites, with your choice of a King sized bed or two double sized beds in the bedroom, & a Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. All rooms have an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, in room safe, Cable T.V. with 4 HBO channels, refrigerator, microwave, data ports, and coffee maker. We also have rooms with Full kitchens (a Necessity for long stay). We offer rooms with an executive chair desk for the business traveler that needs to work out of his/her room as well. Also available are rooms with full size refrigerators, dishwashers, stovetop ranges, and cooking utensils. Our meeting rooms are spacious with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Our staff can provide that extra special touch to make your meeting unique and successful. Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 100 people and offer a variety of seating arrangements. We can arrange for the latest in technical equipment to assist you in your meetings. Catering (outside company)service can be provided with a variety of menu ideas to help you plan your function. Our caterers can customize the menu to fit your needs. We are also close to many recreational facilities and local entertainment spots for your after-hours enjoyment.

Our property has over 2000 sq. ft. of meeting space available for you function needs. The meeting space is available for use from 8 am to 10 pm daily, will accommodate up to 100 people. The Quality Suites and I appreciate the opportunity to book your next group tour, leisure travel, school trip or meeting room that you may require. AUDIO VISUAL CAN BE ARRANGE WITH AN OUTSIDE COMPANY...ALSO, FOOD & BEVERAGE CAN BE ARRANGE BY AN OUTSIDE CATERING COMPANY. The meeting room can break into ( 2) breakouts of 1000 sq. ft. each. MEETING ROOM RATES & RULES The cost of the 2000 sq. ft. Mallorca meeting room is $500.00(+) tax, with tax it is $560.40. To rent the meeting room for less than 4 hours, the cost is $300.00(+) tax, with tax it is $336.24. The cost of the 1000 sq. ft. Seville meeting room is $300.00(+) tax, with tax it is $336.24. The hours available for all meeting room types are from 8am-10pm. All meeting rooms must be paid in full no later than the day the facility is reserved for, or prior, to access the room set up. A maximum of 100 people ONLY are allowed in the meeting room at the time of function. All events end by 11pm.
