Very clean, well-maintained facility with friendly, helpful receptionist to check us in. Ample luggage carts. Felt as if this attractive motel had been built in the past year, but has been there for a dozen years. Pool and spa area very clean, plenty of towels and water in spa was about 100 degrees. Only two strong jets were working. Pool was barely large enough to swim short laps but not too small. Very good sound-proofing, very comfortable and attractive rooms, two side-by-side elevators a real plus, good cable TV service, plenty of parking and location in a nice suburban area, felt very secure. Window in fourth floor room could be opened quite wide for fresh air ventilation. Reasonable prices.
Came for visit to Cincinnati for downtown cultural options and restaurants, nonetheless chose this facility as having much better value and reviews than hotels and motels closer to Mount Adams cultural district downtown. Only took about 18 minutes to drive downtown to Cincinnati Playhouse. Good bed but personally would prefer an even firmer mattress. Breakfast was above average. Good internet (wifi) connection and signal, and reasonably fast internet service. Enough accessible outlets for recharging computers, mobile phones. Good lighting. Stayed for two nights including a Friday night, but there was no noise problem (rooms on either side of us were unoccupied.) Kingsized bed but also a comfortable two person sofa (hide-a-bed) and a good sized desk with chair and lamp. « less
